Join Heather (certified stand up paddle board instructor) for this unique indoor spin on paddle board yoga. This 90 minute class will be a strong slow flow focusing on core, balance, and strength as well as deep restorative moving towards a floating savasana. You will be utilizing indoor boards (placed on the floor) with mats atop of the board. Note: there are only 6 boards / spots available so be sure to sign up in advance!
