Yoga Hike

This 90 minute event will include a 30 minute hike, a 30 minute slow flow, followed by a 30 minute hike back. This class is all-levels friendly. We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes, bringing plenty of water, and a mat or towel that will allow you to comfortably flow through your practice atop a beautiful rock overlook.
