Join Heather A., certified SUP Yoga Instructor, for a floating yoga experience on the scenic Branford River. This 60 minute class is friendly for all levels, will be sure to challenge your balance, spark a playfulness and joy within your soul, and refresh your spirit with a floating savanna to conclude class. No prior SUP Yoga experience needed - just bring an open mind and waterproof attire.
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the start of class to ensure adequate time for parking, waivers, getting SUP boards in the water, etc.
