Yoga Nidra is a highly restorative practice of intention setting (sankulpa), rotation of consciousness (panacha maya kosha) and guided mediation.
What to expect:
Gentle asana (slow flow): approximately 20 minutes
Restorative with guided breath work: approximately 20 minutes
Intention setting / Nidra prep: approximately 10 minutes
Yoga Nidra practice: 40 minutes
Tara will lead you through a gentle slow flow, with restorative elements, culminating in a practice of yoga Nidra. You will be guaranteed to leave this workshop feeling revived, refreshed, and renewed.
