Join Emma for a heart-pumping yoga sculpt class! Yoga sculpt meshes cardio to crank up the heart rate, weights to strengthen the muscles, and of course, a yoga inspired cool down to ensure your body is energized and refreshed by the time you walk out the door. This workshop is 60 minutes and weights are provided and optional to integrate over the duration of class.
