Join Emma and the growing prenatal community for an evening of nurturing, restoration, and bliss. Pregnant mama’s bodies are constantly at work; utilize this evening to allow yourself the gift of deep rest. Restorative yoga is a nourishing, relaxing, and healing modality, and this special prenatal edition will provide mama’s-to-be extra support and comfortable postures designed to support a growing body. We will also utilize a small portion of our time together to journal and be in community with one another, which is critical during this special season of life.
